Most services businesses do not lose work on price. They lose it in the hours between an enquiry arriving and somebody getting back to it. Evenings, weekends, and the middle of a job are when enquiries arrive and when nobody is free to answer them.
The chat widget answers on your website the moment somebody types. The voice agent picks up the calls that would otherwise ring out or reach voicemail. Both work from the qualification your best person does in their head — we write it down first, then build it.
Enough enquiry volume for the arithmetic to work, a qualification process that can be written down, and systems that software can reach. The fit assessment checks all three before anything is built. If the fit is poor, we say so in week one.
Install fee is one-off; the monthly covers hosting oversight, monitoring, monthly measurement and continuous improvement. Chat and voice sit in the first two packages. The pricing page has the third.
For businesses losing enquiries to slow replies.
Adds voice, and gets the quote out the same day.
Replying faster causally increases the chance of winning the work: a peer-reviewed study of 11.6 million enquiries, backed by randomised experiments, found a one-hour delay cut the chance of being hired by 46%. It has never tested an automated reply, which is an open question we name rather than paper over. The full grading, including what argues against us, is on the evidence page.
Straight answers
Yes, and they have to. The EU AI Act's transparency rule requires people interacting with an AI system to be told, and it reaches UK businesses taking calls from the EU. The voice agent says so in the first sentence. We would do it anyway, because the evidence on hiding it is unambiguous.
It hands over. The design rule is that the agent handles the predictable eighty per cent and escalates the rest with the context attached, so whoever picks it up is not starting from nothing. Anything unusual, or where the caller asks for a person, goes straight through.
It asks what your estimator asks, in your terms, with your rules about what is urgent and what you do not take on. The script is built from your process, not from a template.
No. It bolts onto the site you have. If your site is slow or impossible for software to reach, the fit assessment will say so before you spend anything.
Many clients keep one. The difference is qualification: a message taken is not a qualified enquiry with the answers collected and the visit booked. We look at what yours does today during the fit assessment.
