There is good evidence that replying faster wins more work. There is, as far as we can find, no published study showing that a faster quote does the same. It is a reasonable inference from the reply-speed research, and we treat it as an inference. See the evidence page.
Straight answers
No. Every quote is drafted for review. You decide what goes out. Clients who later want certain simple jobs to send automatically can turn that on for those jobs only.
Most are not. The build starts by writing down how you actually price, including the judgement calls. Where a job genuinely needs a person, the rule says so and it comes to you instead.
You update the rate card and the quotes follow it. Clients on the Operations Partner tier get the rules reviewed and tuned quarterly.
That is what the fit assessment answers. The question is whether your systems can be reached by software. A well-suited job on ordinary technology beats a badly-suited one on brilliant technology.
